Poached Eggs

Ingredients

  • eggs

Method

  • In a pot with a few inches of water and around a tablespoon of vinegar
  • Bring water to a simmer
  • Crack egg into a small bowl
  • Gently slide it into the hot water
  • Cook for ~412 minutes (for a refrigerated, large egg)
  • Transfer using a slotted spoon to a holding container
