Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 3⁄4 cup white sugar
  • 1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1–2 pinches of cayenne (careful)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar
  • Use ~2 tbsp per cup of milk
